Colour: Red brilliant ruby, exempt of premature oxidations.
Aroma: Deep, complex and elegant. Exquisite and well defined raspberry and floral aromas of wild violets and spices. Slightly herbaceous and some incense.
Flavour: Delicious and balanced, mature, smooth, with plum and anise layers. Raspberry jam and black cherry that balances with slight acidity and a smoky note. Silky but long tannins.
