Aligoté grape variety, clay and chalky soil, Guyot pruning. Hand-made grape harvest in small cases of 20 kgs, sorting table, traditional wine-making without yeasting, vatting of the crushed and squeezed crop and racking of the must after a day, then maturing 9 months in oak barrels with 2/3 of new oak. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are made in the barrels. Rich and Silky. A wine to drink nature and cool.
