Fruit for this wine was picked in the cool of the night, to ensure that maximum varietal flavour and freshness of character was retained. After the fruit was carefully crushed, it was fermented in static stainless steel fermenters and then a portion of the blend spent time in oak, while the remainder was stored in stainless steel tanks. This wine is best consumed within the next 2 years.
