Punt Road Shiraz 2006
Label from same wine, but another vintage
Fermentation took place in small static and open top fermenters that were pumped over regularly. The wine was pressed into French oak hogsheads (25% new) where it matured for 16 months prior to a light filtration and bottling. Bottled under screw cap, this wine will reward cellaring for at least 8 years.
