Crimson colour with brick-colour iridescence denoting long ageing but without losing its brilliance. Balsamic aromas: liquorice, nutmeg, smoky aftertaste. Light on the palate, with polished tannin content and a slight acidy touch, with a finish that tastes balsamic, just like its aromas. We recommend opening the bottle 30 minutes before serving.
