A deep red wine with purple tints, dense and brilliant. It has an intense aroma of black fruits with hints of coffee and black chocolate, highly characteristic. In the mouth it is fresh, rounded and intense, with flavours of chocolate, raspberry and black coffee. Long and with great persistence.
A very good companion for Serrano ham, lean meats and mature cheeses.
