Winemaker's Notes

Intense coloured red cherries with flecks of a deeper tone, aromas of new oak are prominent but in harmony with the fruit, giving touches of vanilla. In the mouth it is powerfull, full bodied yet smooth and velvety with a perfect balance again betweeen the oak and the fruit.

Regional Style

Spanish Red

Spanish Reds tend to be Full-bodied and have High Acidity

The savory red wines of Spain are brooding and complex. They are typically a little lighter than a California Cabernet, but richer and fuller than a Pinot Noir.

The most commonly used red grapes in Spain are the lovely Tempranillo grape and the rich Garnacha, but Cabernet Sauvignon is starting to get popular as well.
