Description

Soft pressing of grapes harvested by hand destemming and fermentation at controlled temperatures in thermo-tanks to 32 ° Celsius. Maceration of 8 days with racking of the product almost completely dry. Aging: A 1-year aging in small French oak barrels of 225 liters and traditional cask helps to make it more harmonious and increase the fineness of the bouquet.
