Beskrivelse af vin | It has though the palate is loaded with fruit, it doesn't seem forced or spoofed. Dark fruit, beef blood and gamey flavors coat the palate. An very dense wine. The finish is not as long as I would expect from such a well made wine, but I can see that resolving itself as it gets more time in the bottle. Let this rest for another 12 months to settle down. |
Californian Syrah certainly isn't a wine for the meek. This bold, spicy wine typically has heaps of raspberry, black fruit and heady levels of alcohol.
