酒款描述 | Nearly opaque red bing cherry color with dense teal and violet shades at the rim. Powerful nose offering a wide aromatic palette with gunpowder and intense mineral flavors (graphite, slate, charcoal,…) followed by an assertive floral shade (violets) and fresh wild fruit on an earthy, ferrous-mineral base. Gently extracted, lavish oak tones perfectly match the fruit leaving a creamy impression. Balsamic fragrances with a hint of mint and aromatic herbs (thyme, evergreen sumac) combine in a liqueur-like finish. Rich and structured in the mouth featuring sweet tannins, good acidity and ripe fruit. Mint, cocoa and liquorice linger in consort as a final impression. |
