Beskrivelse af vin

Dress: deep and bright garnet. Nose: intense black pepper, black licorice and iris of a beautiful depth. Mouth: the wine is dense and tight, very firm with body, in a Moulin-à-Vent style rather light as it is often lent to Saint-Amour and has a great potential for evolution.
Beskrivelse af vin
Rockstar business women turned Vigneron: Comtesse Alexandra de Vazeilles!

Nestled in Burgundy's historic vineyards, Château des Bachelards embodies centuries of viticultural tradition, thanks to the monks of Cluny. Dating back to the 12th century, its unique granitic blue clay soil nurtures ancient Gamay vines, some over a century old, yielding wines of unparalleled elegance in Beaujolais. Certified organic and biodynamic, it stands as a beacon of sustainable viticulture, the first estate in Fleurie certified by Demeter. Guided by proprietor Comtesse Alexandra de Vazeilles, whose expertise spans collaborations with esteemed figures like Jean Marc-Roulot and Château Latour, the estate pioneers both vineyard management and a visionary approach to the appellation's future.

Frankrig

Beaujolais is the most southern wine growing region in Burgundy, though it is substantially different from rest of Burgundy, both in climate and in the wine it produces, it is often thought of as its own appellation.

Beaujolais produces light, dry red wines made from Gamay. Perhaps what the region is best known for is Beaujolais Nouveau, a fresh and fruity red wine made for immediate consumption....
