Beskrivelse af vin | Intense ruby-red colour with tints of violet. On the nose, aromas of fresh black cherries, spices and sweet vanilla are particularly prominent. Ideal with red meat and pasta based dishes with spicy meat sauces. It also pairs well with cow or sheep milk cheese. It can be enjoyed with deli meats that have undergone a long maturation period as well as with Pata Negra and Serrano ham. |
