Beskrivelse af vin | This Pinot Noir from the Casablanca valley has a deep cherry-red colour with red-ruby notes. It exhibits an elegant bouquet, with all the aromas typical of this variety, such as roses and fresh fruits like strawberries and morello cherries. All this is enhanced with spicy notes and delicate touches of vanilla from the barrel aging. In mouth it offers a delicate body with a good attack, fresh with a balanced acidity, and soft tannins that deliver greater complexity to its structure. A good persistence in which notes of fresh fruits, vanilla and spices reappear. |
