The Cabernet - Shiraz blend is beloved throughout the world for the way the characteristics of the two grapes fit together in perfect harmony, creating a wine that is both elegant and robust, filled to the brim with lush, dark fruit, and warm spiciness. These red blends are both delicious to drink right away but they also age gracefully and can be left in the cellar and enjoyed years later.
This blend is very food friendly but try it with a portobello burger or a steak with pepper sauce and experience something extraordinary.
