Weinbeschreibung

Located in the foothills of Canigou, Les Aspres is composed of valleys covered with thick forestland at altitude and more barren vegetation lower down. These paths were for a long time used by merchants and miners – not forgetting the pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela, who then moved on to Le Tech Valley. Each of the villages on this territory is linked to the others by the presence of a chapel or church steeped in history. Today Les Aspres is turning to “green tourism”, with its authentic cultural and gastronomic heritage revealing all the riches of Catalonia.
