Beskrivelse af vin | The first thing you notice is the colour; pale bronze but not rose-like. The nose is very much Pinot. Strawberry and spice. Aromas of brioche and shortbread add complexity. The palate is at the dry end of the spectrum. Elegant, and well balanced, the Pinot character again comes through along with toasty, bottle-fermented flavours. Excellent finish, long and fine. |
