Wine description | Spuma bianca ed esuberante. Molto sottile, serrata e persistente la grana del perlage. Il colore ci incanta con le sfumature eleganti del rosa tenue e, più in là negli anni, con i toni aristocratici del rosa antico. Ci perdiamo nel suo profumo che si apre con tenui sensazioni di pesca bianca e procede intenso e suadente con piacevole fragranzadi fragole di bosco, agrumi, mela golden, rosa canina e un ricordo di pane tostato. Austero, ma di grande classe il sapore che incede con una percezione piacevolmente secca, ma priva di asperità. |
