Wine description

It is a wonderfully intense pale gold in colour, with light amber glints. The delicate, lively froth forms a fine creamy ring. The nose reveals subtle and melting initial woody notes. This is followed by mingled aromas of bread and milk, baking bread, panettone, candied citrus fruit and orange zest. Then a superbly harmonious combination of mineral and vegetal aromas emerges. This Flavour is well-structured and provides the creamy sensation that is evidence of Besserat de Bellefon’s expertise. The wine’s purity and tension titillate the taste buds. Thanks to its low dosage, this fine wine expresses its full character while respecting the House’s quintessential style combining power and elegance. The remarkably long finish exhibits lightly spicy and bitter-sweet notes.
