Wine description | The first nose advances with restraint and suggests a great freshness. There are discrete fragrances of lemongrass and white flowers such as honeysuckle or lily of the valley. Little by little, the mineral, iodized notes, stirred up by white pepper and lemon. It is only to the warming that the expression becomes more "pastry", more vanilla. |
