Wine description

It is Total destemming followed by gentle cold crushing. Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (20 to 22 degrees) for 5 days, with daily manual pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by aging in oak barrels for 6 months. Aroma: Floral notes, red fruit, plums and fennel. Palate: Good body with smooth, high-quality tannins and lots of fruit and spices.
