Descrizione del vino | Our first red was harvested in September 2013 and bottled in February 2015. The variety is called Regent and the vines grow in our organic vineyard in Sulzfeld (just a few kilometers away from our winery) on shell limestone. Only the healthiest grapes were crushed and fermented on the skins for 20 days, gently pressed and the juice filled in a ten year old barrique. Then it was time for the wine to slowly develop in a chilly corner of our 120 years old cellar. Finally we put the wine in a steel tank the day before bottling which was done manually on February 7th 2015. |
