Descripción del vino | It is nose presents an inspiring show and ethereal bouquet of laurel, cocoa powder over sounds of horse saddles. The St. Laurent from Knipser unfolds thereby its varietal sweet fruit flavors and clearly shows on the expansion. Something Cassis, blackberry tart and the dusty texture of cocoa powder, let the wine of clippers simply irresistible effect.The tannin is well defined but not omnipresent. The expansion took place up to 23 months in oak barrels and takes it to 60% in new barrels. We see in St. Laurent dry from Knipser a good aging potential and recommend decanting the wine before. |
