Descripción del vino | Eye: bright salmon colour, limpid and brilliant, with light silver highlights. Nose: the first bouquet is fresh with a fine intensity, revealing subtle notes of fruits of the forest, litchi and peaches mixed with notes of strawberry and blackcurrant. The second bouquet is more floral offering intense notes of lilac, lime and roses. The nose is clear, delicate and complex. Palate: the first impression is round and fresh. This wine is refined, delicate and full-bodied on the palate. It mainly reveals notes of Morello cherry, blackcurrant and strawberry. The lime has also a strong presence along with fine tannins, offering a beautiful aftertaste. The aromatic persistence is very good. General evaluation: Myst is a fresh and refreshing wine, very easy to taste. It particularly addresses tasters looking for a ‘‘seduction wine’’ of certain complexity, bringing about subtlety, freshness and elegance. Tasting tips: we recommend that you serve Myst very well chilled, in an ice bucket. This wine will live up your appetizers and will perfectly find its place on your table with grilled meats in the summer. |
