Description du vin | Dazzling intense blue-black core with electric magenta rim. Nose bursts with opulent Jamaican Christmas cake, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, brown sugar, and eucalyptus, followed by violets commingled with new Italian leather, dry resinous herbs, pencil shavings, and a touch of graphite laced with subtle vanilla. Big, bold, and full-bodied with luscious, dense mouthfeel and medium-plus tannins. Pair with something bold like lamb or your favorite cut of beef and Gorgonzola potatoes au gratin. |
