Description du vin | Selective hand-picking, open fermentation. A Pinot Noir, which was aged in large oak barrel. The bouquet is reminiscent of raspberries and strawberries, delicate nutty notes on the palate with the typical for the Pinot Noir nuance of bitter almond. The taste is presented with a velvety fullness. Young, but already elegant and accessible harmonizes this wine well with light meat dishes (eg guinea fowl, rabbits, pigs medallions) or cheese. |
