Description du vin | The dress, very pale, offers light green reflections. The effervescence is extremely fine and generates a flickering impression. The ensemble inspires youth. The first nose is opened and gives a first impression acidulated with aromas of preserved lemon and ginger. Little by little we also get grapefruit, granny apple, lime, but also mimosa and orange blossom. It is a nose of great freshness and elegance. After long minutes of aeration, the expression turns to aromas of character like juniper, cardamom or iodine. |
