A bouquet of chamomile flowers and toasted hazelnut frame buttered passion fruit, lemon and orange confit. White orchard fruits, brûléed lemon meringue, mint and baking spices provide a full bodied mouthfeel held up by its crisp acidity. The finish is expansive and long, evolving from unctuous to firm. |
