Description du vin | Brilliant very pale straw color with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals scents of pear and green apple overlaid by some delicate fresh herbs with flinty mineral end notes. Light and fresh the palate is laced with underlying stony mineral characters and features flavours of pear and citrus alongside a touch of green apple. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of pear, citrus, stony mineral and a hint of lingering cashew. |
