Description du vin | Aroma: peach/pear Palate: honey, apple, frizzante. It reminded me of a sauterne. Lightly sweet. Exquisite citrus notes in the nose. The acidity offers a terrific crispness to the wine but what makes it really special is the incredible body this wine has. The viscosity almost gives it a buttery quality. Wonderful with small bites but easily matches up to main courses. Served at a large dinner party to unanimous approval. |
