The varietys typical aromas, such as rosemary, basil and violet, are in evidence, along with resin-like aromas such as pine and pine-needle. Maturing in wood provides it with a fine balance and excellent aromatic harmony. Ripe red fruits such as plum are well in evidence in the mouth, as well as cocoa notes as a consequence of the fine maturation. |
