Descrizione del vino | The Ungeheur 500 is an outstandingly different Riesling, downright “fiery” and extremely exotic ! Left to ferment spontaneously in oak barrels and then, after one year, bottled by gravity, without filtration. No fining is carried out and this all leads to a pure, almost salty taste of minerals together with a complex structure, rarely encountered in white wines. This wine explodes on your taste buds and remains there with a never-ending echo. Best decanted and served in large glasses to be able to experience all its facets. Those wine lovers who enjoy an adventure trail through the world of wine are best advised to store 12 bottles in their wine cellars and only open one or two every year ! |
