Smells more steely than fruity, nice and lean upon entry, crisp with acid, tastes like Granny Smith apples and talc. Finishes dry. This may be the best bargain bubbly I've ever tasted. In fact, I can't think of a better bargain bubbly. It's not overly sweet or fruity, it doesn't have to be hidden in Aperol, it actually tastes fine by itself. |
