ワインの説明 | Bertani produces Recioto, a sweet red wine, with the Corvina and Rondinella grapes from the hills of the Valpantena, the same varieties used for Amarone. It is made from the smallest bunches with the best exposure to the sun, which are dried for about three months on the traditional “aréle”, or cane mats. The typical cherry bouquet is enhanced by the fact that the wine is matured in cherry-wood casks until it becomes a concentrate of wild marasca and visciola cherrries. The result is dense and velvety, but never cloying. |
