ワインの説明 | Bright ruby red with purple tones. Complex and expressive with aromas of black cherries, ripe plums, spices, thyme, black olives, leather and moist earth. Hints of smoke and cedar provided by oak. Full- flavored palate with good body and character. Flows towards the mid palate with intense flavors - balanced acidity and juicy tannins. Displays a spicy and fruity aftertaste with a long and complex finish. A Syrah that goes excellent with stuffed pasta, grilled meats and hard cheeses. PEAK DRINKING: 8 years. |
Syrah has shown to be successful growing in vineyards all over Argentina, from the high, cool altitudes, to warmer, sunny regions. Once used mainly as a blending partner for other grapes, Argentinian Syrah is becoming a wine to watch in its own right.
