ワインの説明 | It is an homage to an ancestor of the family, Gaudenz clippers. It is a blend of Cabernet, Dornfelder, Merlot and Lemberger. The bouquet is already a superb - something meaty, black cherry and a hint of milk chocolate. The Cuvée Gaudenz opens quickly, while the taste is quite spicy and very juicy - downright simple. The red wine of clippers matured for 12 months in used oak barrels made of French oak. The extension has a light woody impression and tamed tannin quite wonderful. |
