ワインの説明 | It has aromas and flavor profile. Part grapefruit and lemongrass are present in the perfume, and a hint of oak aging on the nose that is intended to draw down the brightness of the wine. As the wine spends time in the glass the nose gains weight and adds a broader richness of almond and fig which carries through to the front of the palate before the austerity of the high acid vintage cleans the palate with a citrus rind freshness and a salinity that makes this a wine a candidate to consider cellaring. |
