Prepare to fall for Tamber Bey’s Deux Chevaux 2022—a Napa Cabernet that’s pure elegance and pedigree in a bottle. Crafted from the iconic 60-acre Yountville vineyard founded by tech exec-turned-vintner Barry Waitte, this estate is named after his two Arabian horses (Deux Chevaux = “two horses”).
The winemaking baton is in the deft hands of Sally Johnson Blum—former winemaker at Robert Mondavi and Pride Mountain—who brings finesse, gravity-fed fermentation, and restraint in oak to every barrel. Expect concentrated cassis, black raspberry, chocolate-covered cherry, crushed stone, baking spice, and a silky lingering finish.
