There is also a mineral side to this wine, with crushed stone tones. In the mouth, strawberry and raspberry are the dominating flavors, with red currant notes revealing themselves as well. The texture is round due to the aging in neutral barrels, but still the overall acidity gives a lot of freshness, especially in the finish. This wine definitively expresses its full potential by being served chilled. |
