Wijnbeschrijving | The colour is ruby-red, very young. It smells quite austere - it needs time, and to breathe in order to reveal the aromas of ripe black fruits, the notes of pine and hints of truffle and moss. There are also subtle glimpses of the oak barrels in which the wine stayed 12 months. It has good body, surprisingly refreshing acidity and firm tannins (grippy yet fine), and the finish is long and well balanced. |
