Lifted bacon fat, mallee roasted rib eye, tobacco, violets, sweet liquorice, dark chocolate, creamy berries, black cardamom, top grade soy sauce and pure black currants each dance in unison. The ambient perfume that rises high in the glass is laced with graphite, slate and other crushed rocks. |
