Wijnbeschrijving | The wine showed a light golden color. Apple, Meyer lemon, hay, honey and limestone could all be found on the crisp, refreshing nose. Tart apple, candied lemon peel, slate, honey and hints of butterscotch & dried apricot followed on the palate with the dried fruit and candied lemon becoming more prevalent as the wine opened up. The wine exhibited good acidity and balance, along with average structure and length. This wine would be a good aperitif and would pair well with a Thai green curry. |
