With every glass, you can expect deep oaky notes of chocolate and tobacco that are perfectly balanced with hints of cherry, blackberry and spices. This wine pairs perfectly with beef, veal, game, deer and poultry, so it’s great for pairing with rich, meaty dishes. Although according to some of our community, it also pairs well with lighter snacks such as almonds or olives, or in place of a dessert after dinner thanks to its fruity nose.
