The natural co-fermentation took place in small deposits for 5 days. Its completion was held in new barrels of American oak, with periodic and later battonage 22-month stage. Color: Dense red-ruby with purple meniscus. Aroma: Very intense, with red fruit aromas and black fruit and spicy notes and mocha. Palate: red and black fruit notes, good acidity, structure and great complexity. Abundant tannins, very fine, creamy taste derived from the fermentation in oak barrels. An iron fist in a velvet glove.
