Descrição do vinho | This is Buil I Giné´s first wine. We like to say that this is our finest introduction to the essence of Priorat. Both if you do not know anything about the Priorat region, as if you have visited it already but you would like to rediscover its qualities, this is your wine. Fruity and mineral, as a Priorat wine should be, and with no interference at all. It is so versatile that we call it "our all seasons wine". Giné Giné is a red wine elaborated with the varieties Grenache and Carignan from old vineyards. The different varieties are fermented separately at a temperature of 26 ºC to 28 ºC. The maceration is long, followed by the malolactic fermentation. Once this process is completed, the coupage and the bottling are carried out. This wine has an intense ruby colour, clear and bright. In the nose, it carries intense notes of flowers, fruits, and minerals from the soil. In the mouth this wine is fresh, very fruity, round, balanced and very long. |

The traditional grape grown in this region is Garnacha (or Grenache). Small plantings of Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah are common as well.
Wines crafted from Garnacha are often described as intense, rich and powerful. In the Priorat, the wines are especially so, due in part to unique black volcanic soils and long, hot summers.
