Descrição do vinho | It has grown in the rolling foothills above the fertile plains of Gisborne on the east coast of the North Island, renown for production of rich flavoursome red wine and chardonnay. The cabernet sauvignon portion of the blend was grown in the Hawkes Bay region. The vines were cane pruned and grown on conventional upright trellis. Leaf removal to expose the fruit to sunshine has assisted in development of ripe fruit flavours and aroma. |
