Vinbeskrivning | Medium lemon in color, aromas of smoke and meat reside over indefinite fruit scents. Medium bodied, dry, with an open silky mouth feel, there is sufficient acidity. Flavors of ripe apple, melon, smoked meat and pepper are very saline, and are inflected with light bitter notes. The flavor impression is dull, lacking liveliness and freshness. The finish is of a piece, concluding with a slightly bitter tart/salty tang. Light bitter and salty notes linger. |
