Vinbeskrivning | It is a bright, clean wine with a steely hue and straw yellow color. The nose is frank with an average intensity. The aromas mainly belong to the range fruit: ripe banana, grapefruit, pineapple, apple and yellow plum, some secondary aromas (bakery and yeast) and finally a touch of graphite or pencil, which gives complexity. The attack on the palate is smooth. It comes as a dry wine, fresh acidity, light vinosity and subtle notes of minerality, constituting a firm body and good structure. In the retronasal more mature aromas perceive nose, especially lychee, quince, dill, banana and pineapple. The balance is harmonious and optimal persistence. |
