Vinbeskrivning | Planted on light lime soil and at extremely low yield we secure the required high quality standards for this wine. We apply late harvest at the specific vineyard taking the risk of losing the harvest due to the weather conditions that may cause us problems. Bunch at the size of a feast and thick skinned berries are promising of a great wine. Green pepper and spicy characters are giving place to fruity and vanilla tones. High acidity, typical of the grape variety, long and intense tannins and long aftertaste demand long aging in the bottle for at least a few years. A wine ready to payback the people that have the patience to wait. |
