酒款描述 | Pale gold color with greenish highlights. Lots of fruit on the nose (ripe apple) with delicate hints of dried fruit (praline, almond and hazelnut biscuit). Intense, flavorful, with an elegant midpalate that leaves a fine aromatic echo. Baked fish. Fish with oily meat that is firm in texture. White meat, either grilled or served in light sauces, and white fruit or vegetable side dishes. Bechamel-style sauces and gratin recipes. Risottos and paellas. Serve to 8º-9º. |
