酒款描述 | The wine is bursting with aromas of fresh fruit – apricots, pe- aches, crisp, golden apples – as well as dried camomile and white flowers with a light note of vanilla. The mineral notes, especially graphite, give the wine elegance. This wine pairs excellently with raw fish dishes and oysters, or lobster dishes which have been flavoured with herbs. Pa- sta al pesto genovese also pairs well. It can also be served with white meat dishes such as rabbit or poultry such as chicken, duck and goose. |
